If you have advanced melanoma, a number of healthcare professionals will be involved in your care. This is known as a multidisciplinary team (or MDT)

The MDT fits together, like a jigsaw puzzle, to help build your unique picture, and they'll work with you to try and plan your best care options

You can then agree to a care plan moving forward, taking into account your preferences, lifestyle, and what's important to you, as well as your individual condition and options

If there's anything you want to talk about between appointments, you should contact your care team on the number they've provided
